At your first appointment I’ll explain everything you need to know and answer any questions you have. So please bear in mind there will be about 15minutes of conversation in the first session to take a case history and agree the massage plan, so you get a massage truly suited to you.

One of the frequent questions people often ask me at a first appointment is how far to undress. The choice is always yours. Most people choose to undress to their underwear and I always have a lovely brushed cotton sheet to keep them covered. I also leave the room for them to get ready, and I always keep you as comfortable as possible. Sometimes I work through clothing if necessary but generally work with oil on skin.
